How to Order Team Uniform Shirts
1. Click the link above to open the Google Form.
2. Fill out the form for the team uniform shirt(s) that you need.
- If you need more than two team uniform shirts, please add a note at the end for the additional shirt style and size that you need.
- Team uniform shirts can be purchased for family and friends to wear in support of the team.
3. At the end of the form, click SUBMIT. On the following page, click the link to the Zeffy website to pay for your order.
- Zeffy adds an OPTIONAL donation to their company. Update that to "Other" to remove the optional donation.
4. Complete your payment on the Zeffy website.
- Once ordered, a member of our leadership team will be in touch with you within a week to arrange pick up of your order. Pick up location is in Northwest Georgetown.
